From artisan breads to kiwi-style soft breads, pastries, savouries, biscuits, slices, all-occasion cakes (including weddings), Bernie’s Bakery HQ produces goods for the wholesale and retail market, delivering throughout the South Island. 

 
HQ boasts state of the art equipment, producing good old fashioned bakery products. “We make all products, we make and bake the lot.” Combine the capabilities of HQ with those of the 70+ skilled employees working across the South Island, and consumers can be confident quality, fresh product is guaranteed.
